Opens with gimbap: seaweed roll, black truffle, sesame, pickled Asian pear, daikon. Then Korean fried chicken, wings and thighs, with all four Maru sauces. Mains are a KBBQ meat feast, the chef's choice of two cuts, grass-fed rump and marinated galbi short rib, with ssam-jang, ban-chan, butter lettuce and a maeun-tang seafood stew with saechungmu rice. Vanilla soft serve and soy caramel to finish.⁣

We’ve created a vibrant summer menu that captures the bold spirit of Hacienda, with prawn ceviche, adobo chicken, lamb al pastor, charred brisket tacos and a tropical mango and passion fruit dessert for only R599 per person sharing.

Starters, Italian olive and potato focaccia with grissini, scallop and yellowtail carpaccio in a lemon chilli herb dressing, and stewed beef meatballs with salsa verde, sweet mustard and chives.⁣

Mains bring the signature carbonara by Luciano Monosilio, guanciale, egg and pecorino, alongside a fettucine marinara with prawns and mussels, and a tortelli with coal-roasted tomato, burratina and black truffle.⁣

Dessert is peach and raspberry orange blossom. Vanilla chiffon, raspberry cheesecake ganache, candied almonds, peach ice cream.⁣
