Say hello to April, and to a brand-new menu at Baccō Estate. Each month brings a fresh take on flavour, and this autumn lineup is nothing short of pristine.
Think: bullheart tomato carpaccio with sumac & hibiscus, a caramelised butternut tartlet with gruyere custard and candied pecans, and a next-level spicy peanut butter & coconut risotto topped with flaked white fish and chilli crack.
Other must-tries? The indulgent fried nduja mac & cheese, charred buffalo octopus with matcha & cremenzola, and the shows-topping beef cheek tart tatin with Guinness caramel. Yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
