Tucked beneath Wilde Vy Bistro, our new Private Cellar dining room offers a refined space for memorable gatherings. This stylish subterranean salon-style room centres around a long table for up to 16 guests, designed for celebrations, intimate corporate dinners and special occasions that call for something a little more private.

Chef Jürgen Snyman curates signature menus for the table, each course thoughtfully paired with premium wines from the Durbanville Wine Route. Expect a considered selection of potstill brandies, gins and whiskies to round out the experience, making the cellar an ideal setting for long lunches, milestone dinners and evenings that unfold at an unhurried pace.
