Mains are a KBBQ meat feast, the chef's choice of two cuts, grass-fed rump and marinated galbi short rib, with ssam-jang, ban-chan, butter lettuce and a maeun-tang seafood stew with saechungmu rice. Vanilla soft serve and soy caramel to finish.⁣
