Restaurant Week South Africa returns from 27 March to 3 May, and at Nikkei, we are bringing together the vibrant flavours of South America and Japan for a unique dining experience.
For this special occasion, our chefs are designing a set menu that celebrates the essence of Nikkei cuisine, where Japanese technique meets the bold ingredients and traditions of Peru. The experience will showcase bright, fresh ceviche, robata grilled mains, and desserts finished with notes of pisco.
Each course is crafted to highlight the balance, precision and creativity that define Nikkei cuisine. From delicate citrus-cured seafood to smoky grilled dishes and refined sweet finishes, the menu offers a journey through one of the most exciting culinary fusions in the world.
