You’re stretched out on a blanket beneath the trees, a glass of Nederburg wine in hand, the scent of summer herbs mingling with freshly cut grass. Each picnic basket is thoughtfully curated to showcase local, seasonal flavours — a true taste of the Cape Winelands. Expect a feast that begins with local cheeses, marinated olives, and seasonal fruit, paired with house-made onion marmalade and crisp lavash. Enjoy artisanal bread with whipped butter, smoked trout pâté, and grilled free-range chicken in a velvety coronation sauce with almonds and apricots.
