Poptails (popsicle cocktails)
A bespoke cocktail with a deliciously unique popsicle experience.

Elder Fizz (Nectar Demi-Sec)
Sweeten your day with the J.C. Le Roux Nectar and gin poptail. This lively Poptail includes a cardamom and coconut popsicle immersed in an elderflower and litchi sparkling infusion, topped with gin.

Sunset Rosé (Nectar Demi-Sec Rosé)
Refresh your tastebuds with the J.C. Le Roux Nectar Rosé, orange, and Vodka poptail, which has a sassy twist of thyme syrup. This refreshing poptail includes a raspberry and ginger popsicle to add a fiery chill.

“Friday isn’t just a day, it’s a feeling. We’re bringing it to life with J.C. Fridays, a call to make every Friday one to celebrate with J.C. Le Roux.

Devised as a masterclass in fun, flavour and sparkle, J.C. Fridays will take place on the last Friday of every month until the end of the year.

The experience includes a glass of bubbly on arrival, a tasting of five sparkling wines paired with decadent mini cakes by Château Gâteaux, and an electrifying live performance in the garden overlooking the valley as the sun sets.

Delicious wood-fired pizzas and other delectable food will be available from on-site restaurant Cucina Di Giovanna.
