Imagine stepping into a world where culinary artistry meets vinous heritage, that is the essence of the Wine Wisdom Dinner at Bombay Brasserie.
On the evening of 25 June 2026 at 18:30, the doors open to a sanctuary of indulgence. For R785 per person, guests are invited to embark on a journey that marries the bold flavors of Indian gastronomy with the refined elegance of Cederberg Wines, cultivated in the rugged beauty of South Africa’s mountains.
The evening menu with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options begins with delicate garden crudités, papadums, and tomato-fennel chutney, setting the stage for a symphony of flavors. A tandoor-smoked avocado chaat awakens the palate, followed by a procession of exquisite appetisers:
Springbok Bhuna Soft Taco, Kesari Murgh Tikka and Gilafi Lamb Seekh Kebab.
A refreshing lemon & hibiscus sorbet cleanses the senses before the grand sharing-style mains arrive. Here, tradition and opulence intertwine: Lamb Shank Nihari, Murgh Makhan Palak and Smoked Dal Makhani. The finale is indulgence itself: Filter Coffee Rasgulla Tiramisu, Curry Leaf Mendiants, and seasonal fruit, a sweet crescendo to an unforgettable evening.
Every course is thoughtfully paired with the wisdom of Cederberg’s vintages, each sip echoing the terroir of South Africa’s high-altitude vineyards.
This is not merely dinner, it is a story of heritage, artistry, and luxury, written in flavours and poured into crystal.

This Father’s Day, Sunday, 21 June, celebrate the hero in your life with an evening of timeless elegance at Bombay Brasserie.
Step into a world where culinary artistry meets refined indulgence. From the moment Dad is welcomed, the atmosphere is set, rich aromas of hand‑ground spices, interiors that whisper sophistication, and a menu curated to honour tradition while embracing innovation.
Each dish is more than a meal; it is a story told in flavour, a tribute to heritage, and a gift of togetherness. As glasses are raised and laughter fills the room, the evening transforms into a memory, one that lingers long after the last course.
Because true luxury is not found in things, but in experiences that celebrate the people who matter most.
