Chef Wesley's passion for cooking was ignited at a young age when his Lebanese grandmother introduced him to cooking by including him in the kitchen.
Wesley’s career spans from working in 5 star hotel kitchens, before spending six years in America working at some of the country's most prestigious private clubs. America was where he met one of his mentors, French Master Chef Michel Personnaz, who shaped and refined his cooking technique and palate.
Most recently, Wesley was the Executive Chef at one of KwaZulu-Natal's best restaurants. Currently, he is in the most exciting chapter of his life thus far - as the Head Chef of Ernie Els Wines!
Having a strong appreciation for the best quality food and wine, Chef Wesley's focus is on creating dishes using local, sustainably-sourced ingredients.
