At 9th Avenue Marina, the number nine is more than a symbol — it is a rhythm, a cycle, and a quiet sense of completeness.

Inspired by this idea, we created nine signature cocktails, each honouring a province of South Africa.

This collection is our love letter to home. Every drink captures the spirit of a place — its landscapes, flavours, stories, nostalgia, and heritage. From bushveld heat to coastal breezes, orchard sweetness to childhood treats, each cocktail is crafted as a journey: familiar, yet beautifully reimagined.

Each cocktail is a chapter in a single story — a celebration of unity through diversity, memory through flavour, and artistry through experience.

9 Provinces. 9 Stories. One Journey.

Welcome to a taste of South Africa, where memory meets magic in every sip.
