With winter on the horizon, Chef Wesley and his team have extinguished the flames of our outdoor Grillworks and fired up the chimney, setting the ultimate winter-warming mood for a cosy evening indoors.
We are thrilled to offer a culinary experience that is perfectly tailored to the season, featuring an array of comforting dishes made from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. From roasted bone marrow beef tartare and braised lamb shanks, to hearty soups and freshly baked bread. Our kitchen has begun to incorporate seasonally appropriate dishes, evoking the warmth and comfort of a home-cooked meal, without hindering the exceptional quality and presentation that our guests have come to expect from us.
