New Signature Canapé Tasting at Ernie Els Winery - Stellenbosch

With auspicious beginnings as our maiden vintage in 2000, our iconic Ernie Els Signature is a New World Bordeaux-style blend, which is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon-based. The tannins are perfectly rounded by time in the bottle and draws ample fruit into a beautifully dry finish that lingers with resonance.
Our new Canapé Tasting includes a generous pour our 2017 vintage Ernie Els Signature perfectly paired with a Rare Roast Beef, Beetroot Tartare, Crispy Greens & Burnt Aubergine Canapé; followed by a Beetroot, Berry and Black Pepper palate cleanser Sorbet.
Available daily from 10h00 to 12h00 at our Tasting Room for R395 per person. Bookings are essential and can be made by emailing bookings@ernieelswines.com . Deposit may apply.
