Florentin officially opens its doors for dinner this Friday, 16 January, inviting guests to experience an evening of shared plates, vibrant flavours and warm hospitality.
The newly launched dinner menu is designed to bring people together around the table, celebrating honest Mediterranean cooking paired with beautiful wines and signature cocktails. Inspired by travels through North Africa, Greece and the Levant, the menu captures the core elements of these regions — bold flavours, time-honoured traditions and dishes made to be shared.
Each plate is crafted with care, passion and a deep respect for the culinary heritage of the Mediterranean, creating an experience that is both comforting and exciting.
