Here at the Greek Fisherman in Cape Town, we are proud of our roots, so expect traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes.

Established in 1992, the Greek Fisherman is the oldest restaurant in the V&A Waterfront and is still owned by the same owners as when the Victoria Wharf, Waterfront opened in 1992.

The cocktail bar provides guests with the opportunity to relax before settling in to an evening of great food and excellent service in the heart of the popular V&A Waterfront. The Sushi Chefs will entertain you as they prepare their popular dishes.

Greek Fisherman has the unique advantage of being in the heart of the V&A Waterfront offering spectacular views of the harbour and Table Mountain. The concept of semi private function areas allows parties and functions to be enjoyed in the newly renovated traditional Greek Restaurant with a modern twist.
Whether it's a corporate conference, product launch or private celebration, various areas of the Greek Fisherman can be sectioned off for a more private experience to accommodate every scenario.

Seafood Platter Feast
Grilled crayfish, prawns, calamari, mussels and line fish, served on savoury rice, with chips.
Lamb In The Oven (Winter Only)
Tender lamb, served on the bone, slow roasted with lemon, black pepper and oregano. Served with roast potatoes. (Please note that this has a predominant lemon flavour.)
Both Traditional and SIgnature Sushi on offer.
Authentic Greek salad. Juicy sun ripened tomato, black olives, Feta cheese, red onion and cucumber dressed with EVO, red wine vinegar and oregano.
