Addo Cattle Baron (Grill and Bistro), opened its doors in 2012 in the Addo Elephant National Park. Our restaurant encompasses a modern yet relaxed dining ambience with a menu featuring popular Cattle Baron favourites and some new innovations such as our slow-cooked springbok shank.

Cattle Baron is home to the famous, flaming Chateaubriand fillet steak served perfectly every time. Other signature dishes that have remained on our menu for decades, include the legendary 600g Fat Tuesday Rump/Sirloin, the exclusive 600g T-Bone as well as the renowned Green Pepper Fillet Madagascar or try the stuffed Carpetbagger fillet steak.
