Where the story began all the way back in 1997. What was once a dusty street corner with two employees grilling out of a container has transformed into the flagship store of Imbizo Shisanyama. A celebration of heritage and culture delivering an authentic African dining experience with an amazing vibe makes it one of SA’s top tourist attractions.

Some of the most well-known African artists have performed here live including Don Laka, the legendary DJ Wilson. B. Nkosi, PJ Powers, the soulful Unathi, popular Zahara, and Loyiso Bala to name but a few.
