Spring Has Sprung at Rick’s Café Américain

With longer days, warmer nights and the arrival of spring, Rick’s Café Américain on Kloof Street is getting into the season with a full line-up of weekly specials, live entertainment, rugby and more.
The popular Kloof Street venue is now welcoming guests seven days a week, with something happening throughout the week.
Mondays bring 2-for-1 Burgers all day, while Tuesdays offer a complimentary carafe of Cederberg Shiraz Merlot with any Tajine ordered. On Wednesdays, guests can enjoy two El Jimador Margaritas for R100.
The weekend line-up includes live jazz from 7H30PM on Fridays and Saturdays, while Saturdays also bring rugby at the Bar & Roof Terrace.
Sunday sees the introduction of several specials, including Slow-Roasted Leg of Lamb for R185. For Lazy Sunday, DJ Joey takes over from 3-7PM, while the Sunday Special offers two complimentary glasses of Pierre Jourdan Brut MCC with the purchase of a Tapas or Mezze Platter.
There is also a Spring Special of two Double Brandy & Cokes for R90, while Happy Hour runs every day from 3-6PM.
For those looking to carry on into the evening, Golden Hour runs daily from 10PM until midnight, with discounts on selected cocktails and Woodstock Craft Beers.
With its spring line-up of food and drink specials, live music and entertainment, Rick’s Café Américain has plenty happening throughout the week at its Kloof Street location.
