The Liz McGrath Collection has announced the appointment of Reginald Pheqe as Restaurant Manager at The Plettenberg, its 5-star hotel situated along the Garden Route, and member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Reginald Pheqe brings with him 16 years of invaluable industry experience notched up at top establishments, including Cheetah Plains Game reserve, Ivory Lodge and Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Having worked in all areas of Food & Beverage operations and service, he has a wealth of knowledge and a passion for hospitality service. Reginald works well under pressure and has the ability to remain flexible, creative and open-minded, qualities that equip him to lead his team to even greater heights at The Plettenberg.
