As we enter the final stretch of 2017, with the festive season almost upon us, join us at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa to make the last few months of the year memorable. High tea devotees and all those with a sweet tooth can continue enjoying The Twelve Apostles’ decadent High Tea By the Sea this October, whilst contributing to CANSA’s important work. Held in the Leopard Bar and Conservatory, our famous daily ritual showcases our Pastry Chef’s many signature delicacies served with loose leafed tea and speciality coffee. For Breast Cancer Awareness month in October, The Twelve Apostles will donate R25 per person who attends a High Tea, to this worthy cause. Cost is R275 per person.
If you’re looking for an evening filled with delicious food, fragrant wine and festive hospitality then book for the Delheim Wine Dinner on 27 October. Produced on a family-owned wine estate in the Simonsberg Mountains, these superb wines have been made by the Sperling family for generations. Hosted by renowned Cellar master, Reg Holder, and Executive Chef, Christo Pretorius, this sumptuous four-course paired dinner will be served in the award-winning Azure Restaurant. Cost is R585 per person and includes meal, wine, water and gratuity.
From 1 November, get your weekends off to a rolling start with our NEW Super Saturday SPA Special. Starting at 09:30, indulge in a luxurious Spa Experience, followed by a lazy Lunch in the Azure Restaurant …all for only R1085 per person. The package includes: A glass of ‘Bubbly on arrival; a 60-minute Swedish massage from 09h15 – 10h15; Complimentary use of the temperature controlled plunge pools, floatation tank and tranquillity lounge; a two-course lunch from 12h30.
The photogenic Azure Restaurant sets the stage for the final Food and Wine dinner of the year, with Bouchard Finlayson on Friday 24 November where foodies and wine connoisseurs alike, can enjoy a delicious four-course dinner paired with a selection of Bouchard Finlayson’s finest vintages. Bouchard Finlayson, owned by The Tollman Family, who also own The Twelve Apostles, is a small cellar dedicated to the quality production of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and their acclaimed Pinot Noir.

Celebrate the Day of Reconciliation and South Africa’s diverse culinary heritage on 16 December with a Braai Buffet in the Azure Restaurant. A typically informal affair… perfect for a Summer’s day in the Fairest of Capes, guests can look forward to Executive Chef Christo Pretorius’ creative and tasty ‘Gourmet Boerie Roll’ among other traditional delicacies. Cost is R395 per person and includes a starter, main and dessert.
There is no merrier way to get into the festive spirit than with a Christmas Eve Dinner in the Azure Restaurant or Atlantic Terrace Marquee. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Sangria on arrival before settling in for an indulgent five-course set menu. Bring the whole family to enjoy live entertainment in a party atmosphere, at a cost of R1450 per person - includes a welcome drink, canapes, a five-course dinner and gratuity.
The Azure Restaurant and Atlantic Terrace Marquee is the place to be for a deliciously extravagant and festive Christmas Lunch Buffet on December the 25th. The generous lunch selection includes festive season favourites; from mulled wine, gammon and turkey to mince pies and fruitcake. Father Christmas will be there along with Christmas crackers, festive hats, and live entertainment.

Cost is R3250 per person in both the Azure Restaurant and Atlantic Terrace Marquee and includes: a glass of sparkling wine on arrival; six-course menu; a glass of champagne at midnight and gratuity. The Dress code is Black Tie / Carnival Splendour.
A taste exploration AND a great night out! Our NEW Dégustation Dinners offer a wonderful combination of flavours and textures across six mouth-watering courses. Dinners take place in the Azure Restaurant on the first Friday of every month. The Chef’s Table can also be booked for exclusive dinners for between six and 12 guests. Booking is essential. Price is R1950 per person for a six-course dinner including dinner, wine and water.
Due to increasing demand we have launched a Vegan Tasting Menu. “Our new vegan tasting menu is made with the freshest, healthiest seasonal ingredients. Things like beetroot, butternut, beans and tofu never tasted or looked this good and is exactly what our vegan diners are looking for,” says Executive Chef, Christo Pretorius. The meal costs R475 per person, with a wine pairing option available.
Tea by The Sea
Our legendary High Tea is the ideal way to spoil yourself or to celebrate a special event. Indulge in scrumptious, freshly baked scones with all the trimmings, cupcakes, and mouth-watering finger sandwiches, enjoyed with the perfect cup of tea or speciality coffee.
A special Tea by The Sea Buffet is served on weekends, while three-tiered tea stands are available daily in The Leopard Bar, for those who prefer individual service.

Tuesday Wine Tastings
Join us for a complimentary wine tasting hosted by Head Sommelier, Gregory Mutambe and his team. Presented every Tuesday, pre-dinner wine tastings are available to Azure Restaurant diners and in-house guests. Discover new South African wines and order your favourite to be savoured over dinner.
