New Cocktail Menu at Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton PLUS The Hennessy Sidecar Recipe!

Spring is here and we’ve just launched our new Cocktail menu!
Recreate our Hennessy Sidecar with the recipe below to get the feel for all things mixology.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Hennessy
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Elderflower liqueur
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and shake hard until chilled
- Strain the mixture into a tumbler
- Garnish with an orange twist
Pro Tip:
Chill the glass in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to give it that professional look.
