Meet Ian Aucamp | Food & Beverage Manager at The Plettenberg Hotel - Plettenberg Bay

The newest member of The Plettenberg team, Ian joined us about two months ago as the Food & Beverage Manager. While he is originally from Somerset West, he is well-travelled, having lived all over England and the UAE. When asked about what he most enjoys about the position so far, he stated: "I enjoy the experience we are able to provide here at The Plettenberg. I enjoy the F&B department, because every day holds something new and there is scope for creativity."
For visitors to Plettenberg Bay, he recommends the Robberg Hiking Trail. "The private beach there truly is something very special."
