Massaman Curry - New Vegan Option on the Menu at Homespun!

This dish is close to our heart at Homespun for several reasons. First, it is originally a fusion dish that takes its influences from Persia, India and the Malay archipelago, and for all of you that know Homespun, fusion is our jam!
Secondly, Massaman curry is a dish that Chef Matt Schreuder has been cooking at home for a very long time, whether it’s when inviting friends over, with his family, or for a nice romantic evening with his girlfriend. With the help our talented head Chef Roche Rossouw, the Massaman has made it to our Homespun Menu!
It is with a lot of excitement that we introduce our version of the Massaman:
