A Quartet of Culinary Creations - Franschhoek

It’s time to pack away the Winter blues and celebrate the splendor of Spring. A time for celebrations, superb wines and world-class cuisine – treat your taste buds to the culinary creations of the Four Coursemen.

Borne out of their passion for creating world-class food, the Four Coursemen Series is a collaboration between acclaimed chefs, Chris Erasmus (Foliage), Michelle Theron (Pierneef à la Motte), Eric Bulpitt (Faber), and Arno Janse van Rensburg (The Kitchen at Maison Estate).

During the months of September, October and November food enthusiasts will be treated to a series of dining experiences hosted and presented by these culinary masters. What sets it apart from the rest is that although each chef will have an opportunity to host an event at their restaurant, the evening will include the masterpiece of each individual chef. Each chef will have the opportunity to prepare and present one course at each of the four evenings.

The cost of R720 per person includes canapés, a four-course menu as well as all wines and gratuity. Seating is limited to ensure a world-class dining experience and pre-booking is essential.
