An immersive "Art of Genius" experience - a thought provoking series of five food, cognac and art installations that engage and stimulate all your senses in the appreciation of the maturation of Louis XIII over 100 years. Guided by Aubergine's chef and proprietor, Harald Bresselschmidt.
