Peter Tempelhoff, Group Executive Chef for The Collection by Liz McGrath (comprising The Cellars-Hohenort in Cape Town, The Marine in Hermanus and The Plettenberg in Plettenberg Bay) heads to Japan to participate in Cirque Culinaire which unites twenty chefs from all over the world to showcase their gifts of epicurean excellence.
