Housed in the pastoral allure of a historic barn, the Dornier Bodega pursues the perfect marriage between modern food preparation and classic elegance that has come to be expected from Dornier Wines.
Guests are invited to elevate their senses in a relaxed environment, and indulge in a Dornier dominated wine list that accentuates the locally-sourced fresh ingredients of the Dornier Bodega’s seasonal menu.
At Dornier we cater for a wide range of conferences, functions, events, product launches, photo and film shoots. This tranquil setting is only 50 minutes drive from Cape Town and 30 minutes from the airport.

The Dornier Homestead
Dornier Homestead, an original Sir Herbert Baker design, is a tranquil country setting amidst the Helderberg and Stellenbosch Mountains and the Dornier vineyards. There are five elegant function rooms where we can accommodate up to 90 guests seated.
The offer includes several outside areas and six comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to twelve persons.
To make your stay private and undisturbed, you will have exclusive use of the venue.
The Dornier Homestead has its own modern kitchen, run by the Dornier Bodega kitchen team.
The Dornier Bodega

The main areas of the Bodega are the Veranda, the Dining Room, the Wine Lounge and the Terrace.
The Dornier Wine Cellar
The modern cellar has been completed in 2003 and has been featured in several architecture books. It is famed for its roof shape and the large reflecting pool on top of the maturation cellar. There are several attractive areas for your reception, launch event or photo shoots. The Tasting Room, the Brag Room and the Courtyard.
The Vineyards and the Lawns
The vineyards, lawns and parklands offer attractive settings for your reception, photo shoot or launch.
