Chef believes that much time and effort must be placed in sourcing the right raw products. He spends time with each supplier to make sure that quality and standards are maintained.
“I believe in showcasing the natural flavours of each individual dish and my aim is for each guest to experience the actual flavour in the most natural way.
“Organic products are used and farmers using natural products are supported. We have a separate pastry kitchen and dessert trolley as all of us are buying with our eyes,”
