Diane Kay

Diane Kay is a graduate of the Prue Leith College of
Food & Wine. Currently employed at the Western Cape
Hotel & Spa under Garth Shnier, Diane is working in
one of the country’s top hotels. She previously worked
at Nedcor’s new head office in Sandton for Gham Gourmet,
where she provided meals for the bank’s directors,
maintaining a five-star experience in the eight executive
dining rooms.
In her short career to date, she has worked at BBQ
Skewers in Sandton Square, Avianto, the Michelangelo Hotel
and the Westcliff Hotel. Not only has Diane gained
valuable experience at various hotels and restaurants, but
she has also competed in numerous competitions.
